Because every institution's setup is different, it's scoped to your needs and billed on a time-and-materials basis, so you only pay for the work your rollout actually requires. We'll estimate it as part of your quote.

What's included in the platform fee?
The platform fee includes contact management, custom lifecycles, event management, forms & landing pages, workflows & automations, and access to the entire platform for your team. The three modules (Commerce, Admissions and SIS) are optional add-ons.
Do I have to buy all the modules?
No. Full Fabric is modular and composable. Start with the platform plus the modules you need today, and enable more as your needs evolve.
How is module pricing calculated?
On your actual usage: submitted applications for Commerce, processed applicants for Admissions, and registered students for the Student Information System, with progressive volume pricing, so per-unit prices decrease as usage grows.
What happens if our usage grows?
Your per-unit price goes down. Pricing follows a declining curve, so you're never penalised for growth.
Is implementation included in the subscription?
No. Implementation is a separate one-off fee covering project management, process mapping, data migration, configuration and training. It's scoped to your needs and billed on a time-and-materials basis, and we'll estimate it as part of your quote.
Are there discounts for longer commitments?
Yes. Multi-year commitments reduce pricing further; we'll model the options in your quote alongside any volume discounts.
Why don't you publish full pricing?
Because your price depends on your size, modules and usage. A published table would over-charge small institutions and under-serve large ones. Tell us a bit about your institution and we'll put together a custom proposal.
