Founded in 1964 in Lille, France, IÉSEG School of Management has grown into one of the country’s leading business schools, with a strong international reputation and over 8,000 students across its Lille and Paris-La Défense campuses. The Challenge: A System That Didn’t Match the Institution’s Excellence

While IÉSEG had already established itself as a leader in global business education, its previous admissions system was falling short. The applicant experience was disjointed and failed to reflect the school’s dynamic and modern identity. Internally, the admissions team struggled with limited automation, and the IT department was inundated with development requests, leaving little room for strategic innovation.

The lack of data-driven insights and customisable workflows created friction across departments, hindering the team’s ability to personalise communications or adapt processes with ease.

The Solution: A Seamless Transition to Full Fabric

Determined to create an applicant experience that aligned with its reputation, IÉSEG partnered with Full Fabric to modernise and streamline its admissions process. Working closely with Full Fabric’s Client Success team, IÉSEG ensured a smooth and collaborative implementation, with comprehensive training and support across both the admissions and IT teams.

The new system gave IÉSEG the ability to quickly adjust the applicant portal, configure payment plans, and manage communications in-house—without depending on IT intervention.

The impact was immediate. The new applicant portal provided a more intuitive and streamlined experience for both staff and students, simplifying everything from application to payment and enrolment.

This was especially evident during IÉSEG’s 2023 summer programmes, which attracted 197 participants from 37 countries—the most successful cohort to date.

IT teams have been freed up to focus on longer-term innovation, and applicants now enjoy a seamless, mobile-friendly experience from start to finish.
